In late 2015, I was overworked, stressed and not feeling my best. My body was not being nurtured properly and there were many signs of poor nutrition. I was diagnosed with Fibroids and was rushed to the hospital for a blood transfusion. Even after countless doctor visits and tests, no one could explain the reason behind my diagnosis.
I was referred to a holistic doctor, who planned a very detailed diet based on my symptoms. Once I understood my body’s weaknesses, I quickly changed my diet based on the holistic diagnoses. Within a month, I could see drastic results. My headaches had disappeared, my mind was clear, I had no more dizziness, and my body was healing from my food intake. I became healthier than ever, and became medication-free!
After experiencing this change firsthand, I realized I needed to create a powerful food that could help others going through similar issues.
During the pandemic, I had time to process some of my thoughts and ideas. One night, I had a dream of a magical recipe. I knew that it needed to be innovative, as the current energy bites on the market are oat- and nut-based. My main ingredient would be the Azuki Bean, inspired by my Japanese culture and full of high-level protein.
